Getting started

In Telegram, send /newbot to @BotFather to create a bot and copy its token
Run /plugin install telegram@claude-plugins-official, then /telegram:configure followed by the token
Relaunch with claude --channels plugin:telegram@claude-plugins-official, DM the bot for a pairing code, and run /telegram:access pair with that code
Once paired, run /telegram:access policy allowlist so strangers don't get pairing replies
