Getting started

Run npx skills add tzachbon/smart-ralph, or in Claude Code run /plugin marketplace add tzachbon/smart-ralph and /plugin install ralph-specum@smart-ralph, then restart
Run /ralph-specum:start user-auth "Add JWT authentication"; add --quick to generate the spec and execute without stopping between phases
Check progress with /ralph-specum:status, and run /ralph-specum:start with no arguments to resume the active spec

Before you install

Spec files stay in your project so you can review or edit each phase before execution. In Codex, trust the bundled Stop hook via /hooks for automatic execution; otherwise run $ralph-specum-implement once per task.
