Good for

Getting started

  1. Run /plugin install save-to-spotify@claude-plugins-official
  2. If the CLI is not on your PATH, run curl -fsSL https://saveto.spotify.com/install.sh | bash
  3. Run save-to-spotify tts status to see available voice engines
  4. Invoke /save-to-spotify or describe the episode you want in plain English

Before you install

The CLI saves audio to Spotify but does not generate speech. Bring a voice engine: Kokoro (free, local, about 340 MB), OpenAI TTS (needs OPENAI_API_KEY) or ElevenLabs (needs ELEVENLABS_API_KEY).

Summarized by AI from the project docs; check the official docs before relying on it.
