Getting started

Run /plugin install grafana-cloud-mcp@claude-plugins-official in Claude Code
When prompted, enter your Grafana Cloud URL and authorize in your browser
Choose read-only or read + write access during consent, then ask Claude to query or act

Before you install

Needs a Grafana Cloud account with the Assistant Cloud MCP User role or permission (Editor and higher have it by default); read + write also needs the Assistant Admin role. No Docker, environment variables or service-account token are required.
