Getting started

Run npx skills add rebelytics/one-skill-to-rule-them-all --skill task-observer; add -g for all projects
Add the activation instruction from references/environments.md to your CLAUDE.md
Check that it actually runs, then review and approve the changes it suggests

Before you install

Installing alone is not enough because description matching under-triggers, so the activation instruction is required. It never modifies installed skills; changes go live only when you install the updated bundle. Licensed CC BY 4.0.
