Good for
- Make AI-written text sound like a person wrote it without changing what it says
- Find and rewrite common signs of AI writing, such as not-X-but-Y and one-line closers
- Match the rewrite to your voice and word choice using a sample of your own writing
- Rewrite the prose in a file, for example humanize docs/launch-post.md
Getting started
- In Claude Code run /plugin marketplace add blader/humanizer and /plugin install humanizer@humanizer
- On Codex run npx skills add blader/humanizer --global --agent codex
- Use /humanizer with your text, or just ask it to humanize the text in plain language
- To match your voice, include 2-3 paragraphs of your own writing as a sample
Before you install
MIT licensed. It edits for human readers, not to beat AI detectors, which still flag most of its output. It does not fabricate facts and asks for a missing detail rather than inventing one.
Summarized by AI from the project docs; check the official docs before relying on it.
