Getting started

Have Python 3.11+, Node.js 20+ and git ready
git clone the repo and run ./quickstart.sh (macOS/Linux) or .\quickstart.ps1 (Windows)
Set up a model: an API key, a coding subscription you already pay for, Hive LLM, or a local Ollama model
Type a task on the home screen and pick a queen, or send a ready-made prompt from the Prompt Library

Before you install

Requires Python 3.11+, Node.js 20+ and git, plus a configured model. It is a uv workspace, so use the quickstart rather than pip install -e at the root.
