Good for
- Compile problems you solved and things you learned into interlinked Markdown you own
- Recall past answers across repos instead of solving the same problem again
- Start each session with your context and capture reusable findings at the end
Getting started
- Run npx skills add Ar9av/obsidian-wiki
- Open any project in your agent and say 'set up my wiki'
- For the session hooks, pip install obsidian-wiki and run obsidian-wiki setup --vault ~/brain
Before you install
No API keys needed. Installed as a Claude Code plugin it ships the skills only, not the session hooks or the obsidian-wiki CLI.
Summarized by AI from the project docs; check the official docs before relying on it.
